In our always expanding effort to provide you with more options for your fitness, we will be adjusting our schedule to fit the feedback we have received over the last few months.
This new schedule will start on Monday, March 25th.
Here is a list of the new schedule with a picture below:
New BURN classes ----------- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30 am
Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 am
Tuesday and Thursday at 7 pm
Saturdays at 9 am
CrossFit Classes -------------- Monday through Friday at 5:30 am and 9:30 am
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:30 am
Monday through Friday at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 pm (no 6:30 pm on Fridays)
Saturdays at 10 am
Open Gym times will be from 5:30 am to 10:30 am, then again from 4:30 pm to 7:30
