Goal Setting for 2019

After receiving a few responses from our 2018 survey, one thing I noticed was a need to improve in the area of goal setting. While I can spell out all the fun acronyms and mantra’s, what really helps best is sitting down with someone, writing them out, and devising a plan of attack. I am available by appointment throughout the week for ANYONE who wants help with this. Contact me via email, phone or at the gym to set up a 10-15 minute chunk of time where you and I can sit down to develop a plan for 2019. I am in this business to help people and you are my people.
