- We always prefer to meet people with a "No Sweat Intro" which can last from 30-45min with no obligation to work out. This is usually the best way to get your friends/family who doesn't already workout to come and check us out. You can send them the link below to book their free intro:
- If your friend/family already have some experience with functional training and you think they would be able to hang in a class, then you can invite them to come and join in one with you. If you can let us know ahead of time, even better!
"Levels" System in Daily Workouts
You may have already noticed the change on the whiteboard but here's a little bit more info to help you decipher things. This separation can look familiar to the Beg/Int/Rx/Adv labels that we have used in the past.
The reason for the change is to allow better customization of your daily class workout. "Level3" is what we can call a classic "Rx".
Because you do one thing at "Level3" does not mean you should do ALL things within the workout at "Level3". Some things you may be able to handle at a "Level4" setting vs some other things that if you were to do them at "Level1" would also be extremely challenging.
You may also see different variations of a movement depending on the day's workout. As an example, if Level3 is Toes to Bar, sometimes Level2 will be Knees to Chest, sometimes it may be toes to post.
And that is the beauty of it. What "Level" you use can change daily depending on you, the workout, and many other variables depending on what your long term goals are.
We are a week into April and summer is peeking its head out around the corner. So if you haven't already started on your summer body, nows the time!
To help you out with that, we're going to be keeping track of your attendance at the gym via checking in on Wodify. We'll continue on with this after April and beyond. (Don't worry, we've got all your log-ins for April so far)

New Assessment Testers!
We are looking to implement a new assessment method for incoming members to help screen for physical imbalances and possible movement deficiency. Things are in the beta-testing portion but we need volunteers to help us perfect the method. If you have any type of nagging pain or injury, this may be a great chance to see if we can help solve it.
