In an effort to provide more styles of fitness for you to enjoy, we will be adding a new cardio based class for 2019. This class will be named “BURN” and we can’t wait for you all to experience it. This class will definitely be a calorie killer! You can expect to recognize many functional movements that we use in our regular CrossFit classes. The major difference will be the absence of the more technical barbell lifts (snatch, clean, jerk etc.)
Another aspect of our BURN class is that while we always think it’s important to log your results to check your progress, this will not be a requirement every time you are in class. Only on certain "Benchmark Days" will we want you to record certain scores or times so that we can use them to asses your progress.
This class will not require any Movement 101 Intro Sessions to attend for new or current members.
Led by our very own Coach Will, BURN will be offered at 7 pm on Tuesdays and 9am on Saturday. If you like it, let us know and we can add more classes to the schedule.
